Industry Training Register (ITR)

The SDR is an electronic database of student enrolment and completion information required by the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the TEC. In order to receive funding, an SDR must be completed, so accuracy is essential. SELMA has been integrated with the SDR database since 2017. The National Student Index (NSI) is the New Zealand education sector’s core database of student identity data and used to allocate National Student Numbers (NSN). In SELMA, the NSI interface is included in your student screen and access levels can be controlled based on your organizational structure. You can generate new NSNs, update existing records and import all data into SELMA.
