Yes, in most cases there will be a once-off fee, but this will be discussed upfront to ensure there are no surprises or unforeseen costs. We have successfully migrated client data from native and custom, in-house systems so your records are in safe hands.

We sure do! You will receive as much training as you need to ensure all users are familiar and comfortable with SELMA. In training there is also an opportunity to replicate your processes within the system and chat with our team about your reporting requirements.

What if I need to change/update my SELMA subscription plan?2022-12-05T16:08:46+13:00

This won’t be a problem – reach out to your SELMA representative who will assess your requirements and recommend which plan works best.

I’m worried that transferring to a new student management system will cause a lot of downtime.2022-10-20T10:58:08+13:00

SELMA is subscription-based and installed remotely, so there will be no downtime during your workday and business as usual!

*EFTS are calculated by using actual EFTS/RTW credits, from the SDR or ITR, that a student is enrolled into (120 Credits = 1 EFTS). Where EFTS or credits are not applicable, and the students are in short-term training, one student is assessed at a minimum of 0.1 EFTS per enrolment or the duration of the enrolment (e.g. 6 months enrolment = 0.5 EFTS). International, unfunded or withdrawn enrolments, are also included in the calculation. One unfunded or withdrawn enrolment equals a maximum of 1 EFTS per year. An additional EFTS fee applies for Enterprise Subscriptions and for consumption above the included 700 EFTS.
